The TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX NEO 125 125g squash racket has been designed to maximise every player’s swing speed. It’s suitable for high-level competitors and regular players.
This new launch marks a major development for the flagship CARBOFLEX squash racket range! The rackets have been upgraded to offer, on the one hand, greater manoeuvrability through optimised weight distribution and, on the other, greater power thanks to the frame’s new ergonomic design. The key to this improved manoeuvrability is the racket’s X-TOP NEO technology.
The plastic parts and eyelets around the edge of the string bed have been redesigned to eliminate as much plastic as possible, which reduces the weight at the front of the racket. Players will really see the benefit of this technology in the 12 o’clock position, where three separate eyelets show the 2–3g reduction in plastic which enhances the speed of the racket head (an aspect particularly crucial in squash).
These weight savings are redistributed at the centre of the racket, with the new ergonomic HEART TECH design. One of the Carboflex’s distinctive features is its shaft, which is 3% thicker and has a more rounded shape, designed to generate more power and enhance reactivity.

This racket is the lightest in the CARBOFLEX range (125g), offering ultimate manoeuvrability, maximum acceleration and intense power. The 500 cm² head provides the perfect balance between power and stability. It is also strung with Dynamix VP polyurethane multifilament strings, Tecnifibre’s most responsive string. The CARBOFLEX NEO range continues to embody TECNIFIBRE’s innovation with its patented X-TOP technology. We’ve taken off the bumper (the protective cover on the racket head) to create a higher-performance racket head design. The bumper has been replaced by a combination of active fibres for maximum resistance, speed and playability. The bumper, more commonly made from plastic, has been replaced by a mix of aramid fibres, the most impact-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment to improve slide and protect the frame against abrasion from the floor or walls. Without the bumper, the racket becomes much smoother and penetrates the air better for maximum swing speed and power. As the plastic has been replaced by composite material, there are more fibres in the racket, resulting in greater responsiveness, reduced vibration and increased comfort. To increase spin and tolerance on off-centre shots, the TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX NEO 125 125g squash racket features Extended String Hole technology: Twelve eyelets at specific points on the frame (3 o’clock, 9 o’clock and 12 o’clock) have been enlarged to allow the strings to breathe and optimise their elasticity. In squash, players are always trying to improve their execution speed because the ball comes in at high speeds and more than half the shots (58%) are played in corners without a lot of space. So, we asked ourselves the question “How can we improve performance in such tight spaces?”. Here’s the answer we found: it’s all about swing speed! So, that’s exactly what TECNIFIBRE’s TecniLab worked on. Given the constraints of time and space, players need to be able to generate power by accelerating their rackets. We’ve carried out tests with hundreds of players in this fundamental situation. It turns out that there are differences in acceleration between top players and club players: the better the player, the faster their swing. Based on this data, we have upgraded the CARBOFLEX squash racket range to increase racket acceleration for players of all levels. Tecnifibre unleashes swing speed!
